In-App Purchases & Event Fees: DormDeal processes payments through Stripe for event creation fees, additional listing slots, and donations. Due to the immediate nature of digital transactions:
Marketplace Transactions: DormDeal facilitates connections between students for in-person transactions. We do not process payments for marketplace items.
Cancellations: You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Eligibility: Anyone may create a free account to browse listings and message users. Creating listings, selling, and hosting events are restricted to currently enrolled college and university students, who must verify their student status with a valid school email address from a supported school.

Platform Use: DormDeal is a platform connecting students for local, in-person transactions. We do not:
Prohibited Items: Users may not list weapons, illegal substances, alcohol, tobacco, stolen goods, or any items prohibited by campus policies or law.
Account Termination: DormDeal reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct harmful to the community.
